STRONGER WOMAN PROJECT

With thanks to The National Lottery Fund our Stronger Woman Project provided a specialised programme of self defence and support for women who have suffered domestic abuse or violence during lockdowns. The project offered tailored support helping to find ways of building confidence, self esteem, awareness and safety as well as overall fitness.
